These terms govern your use of the Invilot website and interview assistant. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

About the service

Invilot is an AI-assisted tool for interview preparation, live transcription and post-interview reports. It does not score or rank candidates or make hiring decisions. You are responsible for candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and allow only authorized people to use your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@invilot.com. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

Candidate notice and data

You are responsible for informing participants in advance that the conversation will be transcribed and processed using AI, obtaining any required permissions and complying with applicable data protection rules. Upload only content you have the right to process and share. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing, retention and deletion.

AI outputs

Transcripts, suggestions and reports may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check outputs against the interview context. Do not use outputs as the sole basis for a hiring decision; decisions about candidates require human review.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, discriminatory or misleading purposes or to violate the rights of others. Processing interviews without permission, accessing other accounts, bypassing security controls and disrupting the service are prohibited.

Content and rights

You retain your rights to the content you upload. You allow that content to be processed to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Rights to Invilot software, branding and website content remain with their respective owners.

Beta, access and fees

During the beta, features and usage limits may change and interruptions may occur. If paid plans are offered, pricing, payment and cancellation terms will be shown separately before purchase. Access may be restricted for security reasons or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account in Settings.

Responsibility and changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If the terms change, we will update this page and its revision date; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
