Listen to the candidate. Let Invilot remember what hasn't been asked.

Invilot listens to the interview with you: it knows what the role requires, weighs every answer as it lands, notices what’s missing or doesn’t add up, and builds the next question in the moment. It never scores candidates; the decision is yours.

Inside the interview, alongside you

Invilot doesn’t just write the conversation down. It knows the role, understands every answer, remembers what’s missing, and puts the right question in front of you at the right moment.

It starts out knowing the role

It reads the job description and the CV, works out what this role needs to hear, and drafts the interview plan for you. It knows your field’s vocabulary in advance, so the conversation is transcribed correctly from the first sentence.

Role, CV and competencies resolving into one structure

It understands every answer as it lands

As the conversation flows, it marks what each answer is evidence for, whether it really answered the question, and what is still missing. While you focus on the candidate, the map of the interview draws itself.

Evidence points separating from the conversation stream

It builds the next question in the moment

Suggestions don’t come from a fixed list; they are built from what the role requires and what the candidate just said, and they show what they rest on. The follow-up to a half answer or a vague claim is in front of you at the right moment.

Scattered signals converging into the right question

It compares what was said with what was written

When the CV, the job description and the interview don’t line up, it puts both statements side by side, without a verdict. Whether to turn it into a question is up to you.

Two accounts diverging at one discrepancy

When it ends, a report you can trace

Every finding gathered during the interview becomes a report where each point links back to its line in the conversation. Edit it, save it as a PDF or send it to your e-mail.

Questions

Which languages does it support?

Interviews in Turkish and English. The interface is in both languages too.

Does it work for video calls and in-person interviews?

Yes. On a video call, the audio of the tab running the call and your microphone are captured separately. In person, a single microphone is enough and speakers are told apart.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Invilot runs in the browser; granting microphone access is all it needs.

Does the candidate need to know?

Yes. Telling the candidate the conversation will be transcribed and obtaining any required consent is the interviewer’s responsibility. Invilot reminds you of this on first use.

Do I have to use the suggested questions?

No. Suggestions are only suggestions; you can ask your own questions and skip any suggestion. Your own questions are recorded in the ledger too.
